Carrollton Shooting Update – 2 Dead, 3 Injured as Suspect Arrested Near H Mart

CARROLLTON, Texas — A tragic shooting has left two people dead and three others injured, sending shockwaves through the local community. The incident, which occurred Tuesday morning, is now under active investigation as authorities work to piece together the events that led to the violence.

According to police, the suspect, identified as Seung Ho Han, 69, was taken into custody shortly after the shooting. He was located approximately 10 minutes away near H Mart in the Koreatown area following a brief search.

Investigators confirmed that the suspect allegedly confessed to shooting all five victims during questioning. Authorities stated that the motive appears to stem from financial disputes tied to business dealings between the suspect and the victims.

The shooting has deeply impacted the Korean community in Carrollton. A growing memorial has formed outside the Korean Association of Dallas, where community members have gathered to honor the victims and support one another during this difficult time.
